Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- 14+ days before event:
- Client may reschedule at no additional charge
- OR receive a refund of payments made minus the non-refundable deposit
- Less than 14 days before event:
- No-Show / Day-of Cancellation:
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Liability & Usage
Motion Memories (360 Photo) is not liable for any injuries that occur during the use of the 360 booth.
By using our services, clients agree that all captured media may be used by Motion Memories for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
Equipment must be treated with care. Any damage caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.
